DEPOSITS
All deposits are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is due no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.
For any cancellations made more than 14 days before event start date, a 50% refund or credit on the balance will be paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
No refund or credit is available for cancellations 14 days or less before the event start date.
CANCELLATION INFO
When purchasing a retreat through our site this cancellation policy will apply to your purchase.
Before purchasing a retreat, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand clearly the cancellation policy.
We know that sometimes things come up, and unexpected events happen that can keep you from going on a trip you’ve planned. If you’re totally sure you aren’t able to make it to the retreat, the best thing you can do is cancel.

CANCELLATION DISPUTES
We have the final say in all disputes over cancellations and of course will try to solve the issue. We intend to approach all issues with understanding, flexibility and compassion.
From that place, a solution can always be found. If you need to cancel due to genuine and unforeseen circumstances, a credit towards future events *may* be offered as an alternative to a refund, subject to the conditions outlined herein and at the discretion of the retreat facilitator.
